Detroit, MI (September 29, 2023) - An initial accident alert and notice from the Detroit Police Department stated that local officers and emergency medical responders were called to a multiple-vehicle wreck that happened on Friday, September 29.
The Michigan State Police also said that they sent police and paramedics to the collision scene on northbound Interstate 75 on Friday afternoon. According to preliminary information from the scene, the crash happened at the Allen Road exit and southbound I-75 at around 4:05 p.m. But as of Friday night, no new details about the victims or the events leading up to the crash had been made public.
Authorities in the Detroit region are still looking into the crash in the meantime. Witnesses with further information were asked to come forward.
