Detroit, MI (September 30, 2023) - The victim of a hit-and-run on Detroit's east side is in serious condition, and police are looking for the person responsible.
The 37-year-old victim, according to police, was hit by a silver Lincoln MKS model year 2013 to 2015 around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday. The location of the incident was reportedly close to 7 Mile Road and Keystone Avenue, according to Michigan State Police troopers.
Two persons were last spotted in the suspect's vehicle as it traveled north on Trotter from 7 Mile.
The victim remains hospitalized in serious condition. Witnesses were asked to contact the Detroit Police Department's Fatal Squad Unit if they could identify the vehicle or had any information about the incident.
