Clinton Township, MI (October 4, 2023) - A pedestrian accident was reported in Clinton Township on Wednesday morning, October 4, per local authorities.
A Roseville hospital pronounced the 78-year-old victim dead upon their arrival. Early reports indicate that a 51-year-old Mt. Clemens woman was driving a maroon 2020 Lincoln Corsair southbound on Groesbeck Highway when she struck the pedestrian as they were crossing east to west.
There was no involvement of drugs or alcohol, though no further details are now known. The investigation is being handled by Clinton Township officers and remains ongoing at this time.
