Detroit, MI (October 7, 2023) - At least one person was hurt in a crash involving multiple drivers that occurred at a local Detroit intersection on Saturday afternoon, October 7.

The incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. on Romeo Plank, north of Armada Center (35 Mile Road), and involved the drivers of a Honda Odyssey and a Chrysler sedan. The accident scene was closed once deputies from the Macomb County Sheriff's Office arrived. However, authorities did not release specific details about the crash's victims and their conditions.

Although emergency medical responders were sent to the scene to evaluate the victims and bring those seriously injured to the hospital, it is unknown how severe their injuries or current conditions are.

The Macomb County Sheriff's Office and the Detroit Police Department are conducting a joint investigation. Deputies and local law enforcement are now interviewing potential witnesses.
