Newaygo, MI (October 20, 2023) - The Hart Post of the Michigan State Police is conducting an investigation into a fatal collision that took place near the intersection of Michigan Highway 82 and Spruce on Friday, October 20.
Local authorities report that a 63-year-old woman who was driving a vehicle along M-82 collided with a semi-truck for reasons that are still unknown.
EMTs and area officers with the Newaygo Police Department responded, but it's unclear what led up to the crash. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
