Ingham, MI - Multiple Crashes, Injuries Reported on US 127 at Lake Lansing

Ingham, MI (October 31, 2023) - Several accidents on U.S. Highway 127 southbound after Lake Lansing Road closed the highway until late Tuesday morning, according to local authorities.

After 7:30 a.m. on October 31st, the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) announced the closure. The interstate was closed due to several accidents, according to Capital Area Ingham County Alerts.

First responders were sent to the scene, although it is unknown how seriously wounded the victims were or what their current conditions are.

Ingham-area authorities are still looking into the incident, but they haven't released any further information in the meantime.
