Detroit, MI (November 5, 2023) - An injury-causing accident occurred in greater Detroit on Sunday, November 5, according to local authorities.
A southbound car on the Schoenherr Highway collided with another vehicle near the Metro Parkway at around 7:00 p.m., Detroit Police said in a news release. An airbag deployment took place because of the crash, officers at the scene added.
It's unclear how many people were hurt, but paramedics responded and assessed those who were injured at the scene.
An investigation is still ongoing, though officers have not released further details in connection with the wreck.
