Detroit, MI (November 14, 2023) - A bus crash in downtown Detroit has left several people injured after a driver allegedly ran a red light. The incident occurred Tuesday on Grand River Avenue near I-75. Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) Chief Safety Officer Corrie Holmes said about seven people were injured and subsequently transferred to the hospital. It's unclear if the suspect driver was cited, but authorities say their inquiry into the wreck remains ongoing at this time.
