Detroit, MI (November 16, 2023) – Officers with the Detroit Police Department were summoned to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that resulted in confirmed injuries. The accident was reported to law enforcement at around 9:30 p.m. on November 16. According to reports, a collision involving an unknown number of vehicles occurred on the northbound side of Michigan 10.
The crash blocked multiple lanes of the roadway, including the left-leaning and left shoulder. Delays were reported in Oakland County in the area of Interstate 696 as emergency crews worked to clear the scene. Medical personnel responded to the scene to care for the injured victims and transport them to area hospitals. The crash is actively under investigation.
