Detroit, MI (November 18, 2023) - Traffic delays occurred on Saturday morning, November 18, after a crash on a local Detroit roadway, according to authorities who responded. Several lanes in the northbound direction of Michigan Highway 39 were shut down at I-75 southbound around 5:15 a.m. following the crash. Authorities stated that it was not immediately clear what caused the wreck, or if anyone was injured, though multiple emergency vehicles were on the scene. The total number of injured victims is unknown, but EMTs were spotted at the scene by local news footage. Highway patrol officers urged motorists to choose an alternative route as the on-scene investigation proceeded. MSP troopers asked any witnesses to get in touch.
