Detroit, MI (November 24, 2023) - After an accident early on Friday evening, November 24, a local Detroit roadway was nearly completely closed. The freeway ramp and right lanes of southbound Interstate 75 at the Michigan Highway 8 exit were closed down due to the accident at roughly 7:30 p.m., according to troopers with the Michigan State Police. Multiple first responders reported to the scene shortly thereafter. At least two drivers were involved, though it's unclear how the collision occurred. First responders also arrived at the site, but it is also unclear how severe the victims' injuries were or the current conditions of those involved. Local law enforcement in the Detroit area is continuing their investigation, but no new details have been published as of yet.
