Saginaw, MI – SCSD Responds to Crash on Mackinaw Rd

Saginaw, MI (February 19, 2024) – Authorities were requested at the scene of an automobile accident that occurred at around 9:35 p.m. on February 17. Reports provided by the Saginaw County Sheriff’s Department indicate that a collision occurred on Mackinaw Road.

The incident prompted authorities to close the intersection of Mackinaw Road and Tittabawassee Road as they removed the involved vehicles from the scene. Injuries were confirmed as a result of this crash. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for emergency medical care. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
