Flint, MI (April 10, 2024) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries as a result of an automobile accident that occurred in the Flint area early Tuesday morning, April 9.

At around 6:50 a.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported near the railroad crossing on Lapeer Road. The Flint Police Department, firefighters, and emergency medical services all responded to assist. Emergency medical services rendered aid to those who were injured as a result of the accident. Police and firefighters worked to clear the scene of the crash. At this time, investigations into the accident are underway.
