Flint, MI – Motor Vehicle Accident Reported on Dupont St

Flint, MI (June 3, 2024) – Emergency crews in Flint were notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of a car crash that occurred on Sunday, June 2. Calls for assistance came in at around 11:45 a.m.

Police reports indicate that an unknown number of vehicles collided in the 5600 block of Dupont Street. The incident prompted the roadway to be closed for a significant amount of time. After the accident, injured individuals received medical assistance on-site. EMS took those with more medical needs to nearby hospitals. Police and firefighters remained at the scene for an extended time while clearing the road. The reason behind the crash is now under investigation.
