Whitehall, MI – Car Crash Reported on US-31 near White Lake Dr

Whitehall, MI (June 9, 2024) – On June 7, the Michigan Department of Transportation informed area police and firefighters that they were needed at the scene of a car crash that occurred in the Whitehall area.

At around 6:55 p.m., an automobile accident occurred on the northbound side of US Highway 31. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway near White Lake Drive. Delays were reported near the Lakewood Club as emergency crews worked to remove the involved vehicles. Emergency medical services were summoned to the crash to care for injured victims. Those who required further medical attention were transported to local hospitals. At this time, the police department is investigating.
