Detroit, MI - Hit-and-Run Crash with Injuries at State St & Shelby St

Detroit, MI (November 22, 2024) – A hit-and-run accident reported in the Detroit area on Wednesday afternoon, November 20, left at least one person injured. The collision took place at around 1:40 p.m.

Police reports show that a blue 2013 Honda was involved in a collision with a second vehicle on State Street near Shelby Street. One of the involved vehicles fled the scene of the crash. Emergency responders, including police and firefighters, closed part of the road to manage the crash. Paramedics treated injured victims at the scene and transported them to hospitals. Police are examining the details of the incident.
