Detroit, MI (August 3, 2023) - On Thursday morning, August 3, officers with the Detroit Police Department received an accident alert and a report of injuries at the site of a multiple-vehicle crash on northbound Michigan Highway 39.
The Detroit Police Department and the Michigan Department of Transportation reported that the collision happened approximately 11:20 a.m. near the Warren Avenue exit from northbound lanes. Reports of an accident involving multiple automobiles and a small group of people led authorities to restrict lanes of traffic and ask for backup.
It is unsure how the victims are doing today; nevertheless, paramedics promptly came to the site and treated everyone who was harmed. The accident is currently being investigated by the authorities, and additional facts will be given as they become available.
