Buel Twp, MI (June 6, 2023) - Two women were critically injured after a two-vehicle crash in Buel Township on Monday morning, June 5.
The accident was reported at the intersection of Todd and Peck Roads at around 9:35 a.m. It was reported that a 24-year-old Peck woman was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox headed northbound when she ran a stop sign. She hit a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee headed east.
Both the Peck woman and the 23-year-old Croswell woman driving the Jeep were hospitalized in critical condition. Both vehicles had small children, who were treated at the scene.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in progress.
