Kalamazoo, MI (July 11, 2023) - On Monday, July 10, a pedestrian was killed after being struck by an Amtrak Train in the Kalamazoo area. 

The deadly accident took place at the intersection of Drake Road and Howard Street at around 9:52 a.m. The victim was hit by the oncoming train and sustained fatal injuries. At this time, the circumstances leading to the deadly crash have not been determined.
