Detroit, MI (August 19, 2023) - Authorities from the Michigan Department of Transportation report that a multiple-vehicle collision occurred on northbound Interstate 75 on Saturday night, August 19. Several persons were evaluated for injuries.
Emergency personnel, Detroit police, and state troopers from Michigan all arrived at the scene of the crash at around 11:00 p.m. The latest up-to-date information from police indicates that the left lanes of traffic exiting onto 8 Mile Road were shut as cops investigated. While it is unknown how seriously anybody was hurt in the crash, paramedics were called to the scene immediately.
Anyone with knowledge was urged to get in touch with the DPD. Meanwhile, DPD and MSP officers are investigating the collision.
