Detroit, MI (September 21, 2023) – An early accident warning from the Detroit Police Department states that local police and emergency medical technicians were called to a multiple-vehicle incident that happened on Thursday, September 21.
The Michigan State Police also said that they sent police and paramedics to the scene of the collision. According to preliminary information from the scene, the crash happened at the intersection of westbound I-696 and the Michigan Highway 10 exit at about 7:50 p.m. But as of Thursday night, no new details about the fatalities or the events leading up to the disaster had been made public.
