Bertrand Twp., MI – Box Truck Crash on US-31 Ends in Injuries

Bertrand Twp., MI (November 16, 2023) – Officials out of Berrier County were summoned to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the Bertrand Township area that ended in injuries. The accident occurred at around 2:10 p.m. on November 14.

According to crash reports, a semi-truck and a box truck collided on the northbound side of US Highway 31. The incident disrupted traffic near the state line as emergency crews worked to clear the scene. Medical personnel responded to the crash site to care for injured victims. Those who required further treatment were sent by ambulance to local hospitals. Investigations into the crash are underway.
