Detroit, MI (November 17, 2023) – On November 17, officers with the Michigan State Police were sent to the site of a crash that occurred in the Detroit area during the afternoon hours. Calls for help came in at around 12:35 p.m. regarding a collision on Michigan 8.
According to MSP, a collision took place on the westbound lanes of Michigan 8. The crash blocked the left lane, center lane, and left shoulder of the road near Interstate 96. Emergency officials out of Wayne County responded to the scene to assist. Emergency medical services cared for the injured victims before transporting them to local hospitals. The crash is under investigation by authorities at this time.
