Flint Twp., MI (December 26, 2023) – A fatal accident reported on Thursday morning in Flint Township claimed the life of a 32-year-old man. The accident was reported to the Flint Township Police Department at approximately 12:15 a.m. on December 21.

According to reports provided by the police department, the pedestrian was walking in the area of Beecher Road just east of the Interstate 75 overpass during the early morning hours. For unknown reasons, he was struck by a vehicle, which was being operated by a 63-year-old from the City of Flint. The driver remained at the scene and requested law enforcement assistance. The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased while on site. No other injuries were reported as a result of the crash. At this time, the incident is being investigated by the Flint Township Police Department.
