Saginaw, MI (January 25, 2024) – The Saginaw Police Department responded to the scene of an automobile accident that took place during the evening hours and ended in injuries. The collision occurred just before 6:30 p.m. on January 24.

According to reports provided by the Saginaw Police Department, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the area near South Michigan Avenue and Cass Street. Police and firefighters responded to the scene and closed off the roadway. MMR responded to care for the injured victim. The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital, where they underwent further medical care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
