Liberty Twp., MI (February 15, 2024) - The state police in Michigan are currently investigating a fatal accident that claimed the life of one person on Tuesday evening, February 13. Calls for assistance came in at approximately 6:30 p.m.

Police reports provided by the Michigan State Police indicate that a collision occurred on Hague Avenue near Crouch Road. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway just south of Jackson College. Authorities determined that a 30-year-old involved in the accident suffered fatal injuries after their SUV overturned. Authorities arrived at the scene to provide care to the victims. However, they passed away while still on site. No other injuries were reported. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
