Macon Twp., MI (April 17, 2024) – The Michigan State Police confirmed that a motorcyclist lost their life as a result of a crash that occurred in Macon Township on Sunday, April 14.

According to official reports, a black Ducati motorcycle was traveling on Britton Highway during the afternoon hours. For reasons unknown, they were struck by a muscle car at around 2:20 p.m. in the area near Clinton Macon Road. The motorcyclist, a 29-year-old man, was severely hurt in the accident. Emergency medical services were requested at the scene. However, the victim was pronounced deceased as a result of his injuries. The driver of the car, identified as an 89-year-old woman from Milan driving a red Chevrolet Camaro, was not injured. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
