Kalamazoo Co., MI - Three-Vehicle Rollover Crash Closes E Michigan Ave

Kalamazoo County, MI (April 28, 2025) – On April 26, a serious crash involving three vehicles led to the shutdown of East Michigan Avenue near 28th Street in Comstock Township.

Emergency crews from the Comstock Township Department of Fire and Rescue were dispatched to the scene following reports of an overturned vehicle. According to the Kalamazoo County Consolidated Dispatch Authority, the roadway was closed in both directions to allow responders to assist the injured and clear the scene. One individual had to be extracted from one of the overturned vehicles and was then transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
