Melissa Spitler Killed Albee Township Pedestrian Accident near Fergus Road and Bishop Road

Saginaw County, MI. – A woman has died following a pedestrian accident that happened on Saturday morning in Albee Township, Saginaw County.

According to the Saginaw County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 3:25 a.m. near Fergus Road and Bishop Road.

53-year-old Melissa Spitler was walking in the area and was hit by a car.

Spitler, a resident of Brant, was pronounced dead at the accident scene.

Information about the involved driver was not provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
