Lansing, MI - Multiple Drivers Collide on US Hwy 31/Seaway Dr, Leading to Injuries

Lansing, MI (July 26, 2023) - A car crash took place on Wednesday afternoon, July 26, and ended in reported victim injuries. Authorities in the Lansing area asked drivers to avoid both directions of U.S. Highway 31/Seaway Drive near Muskegon.

When police arrived, they found at least two to three vehicles blocking the right and left sides of the roadway. All vehicles were severely damaged as a result of the collision and had to be away from the scene.

It is unknown how many of the injured were taken to the nearby hospital by the EMTs, who were also dispatched shortly after officers arrived. The investigation continues, with no new information being released to the public.

Witnesses to the incident were asked to come forward if they had additional details for Lansing PD officers.
