Detroit, MI (September 16, 2023) - On the evening of September 16, two vehicles crashed on Interstate 96 in Detroit, potentially injuring several people.
It seems that the multi-vehicle accident happened on the westbound side of the road, to the left of Evergreen Road. At 8:20 p.m., investigators from the Michigan State Police and the Wayne County Sheriff's Office arrived and closed the highway's center and right lanes.
At least two people were hurt and sent to the hospital, but we don't yet know how bad their injuries are.
The investigation has yielded no additional details in the interim.
