The crash happened on eastbound I-96 at Beech Daly Road around 7:30 p.m. When Wayne County Sheriff’s Office officers arrived at the site of the crash, they blocked off all lanes in the vicinity. However, deputies withheld any information on the victims or the circumstances leading up to the collision.

An investigation is being carried out jointly by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and the Detroit Police Department during the interim. Deputies and local officers are seeking witnesses to provide more information.
Our thoughts are extended to the injured victims and their families. We hope for their complete recovery.
Car Accidents with Injuries in Detroit
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that a motor vehicle accident happens somewhere in the United States every 10 seconds. It should come as no surprise that the great majority of personal injury cases now being considered by our courts involve vehicle accidents, given the appalling statistics for both the state of Michigan and the whole country.
In spite of the fact that you were in an automobile accident, you need to speak with an attorney. Even though the situation seems straightforward and you don’t feel hurt, this is still the case. It is very common knowledge that those who submit claims with legal help are paid more. Many of the victims are worried that hiring legal counsel might result in a significant increase in their out-of-pocket costs. Most personal injury lawyers take on cases on a contingent fee basis.
It’s likely that, in most circumstances, having legal counsel on your side is beneficial to you and yours. Your legal representative will negotiate on your behalf with the insurance provider and any other parties that may be involved. You can be confident that your lawyer will look into the matter thoroughly, find out who caused your losses, and prepare a case that will convince the judge you should be compensated. You may have to interview possible witnesses and get further information during the second phase.
