Warren, MI – Injuries Follow 8 Mile Rd Crash near Ryan Rd

Shelby Twp., MI (December 20, 2023) – Officers with the Shelby Police Department responded to provide assistance at the scene of an automobile accident that took place in Macomb County and ended in injuries. The crash was reported at approximately 6:30 p.m. on December 19.

According to law enforcement, a police officer was involved in a collision on 21 Mile Road near Van Dyke Avenue. The incident prompted authorities to shut down the roadway while providing assistance. Injuries were reported as a result of the accident. Medics responded to care for those harmed while on site before transporting them to local hospitals. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
