Bedford Twp., MI – Man Killed in Car Crash on Lewis Ave near Donald Dr

Bedford Twp., MI (February 11, 2024) – A 43-year-old man from Ohio lost his life as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Bedford Township. The accident occurred on February 10.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reported that a motor vehicle accident involving a gray Volvo occurred on the northbound side of Lewis Avenue. For reasons unknown, the vehicle went off the side of the roadway just north of Donald Drive, colliding with multiple trees before rolling over. A man involved in the accident was severely injured. He was transported to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries. The incident is under investigation.
