Flint, MI (February 4, 2022) - A man riding a moped was killed after being hit by a motor vehicle in Flint on Friday morning, February 4. The deadly crash was reported at the intersection of S. Dort Highway and E. 2nd Street at around 6:30 p.m.
The moped rider was hit by a pickup truck near the scene. The impact caused the victim to be ejected from his bike. Emergency responders were called to the scene, and the site was closed for several hours.
The injured party suffered fatal injuries in the accident. The driver of the pickup remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
