Southfield, MI (February 2, 2024) – The police and firefighters in Southfield were called to provide assistance at the scene of a major bus crash that resulted in injuries. The incident was reported at approximately 7:20 a.m. on Wednesday, January 31.
According to law enforcement, a Chevrolet Cruze and a school bus collided on 12 Mile Road at the intersection of Greenfield Road. Authorities responded to the scene and immediately went to work on attending to the injured victims. Multiple people suffered injuries in the accident. Authorities confirmed that one adult and two children from the Chevrolet were transported to area hospitals. Three students on the bus were also transported for medical care. At this time, the crash is under investigation.
