Detroit, MI – Injuries Reported in Car Crash on M-10 near W Jefferson Ave

Detroit, MI (January 1, 2022) – Authorities in Wayne County were requested to provide assistance at the scene of a traffic-related incident that ended in injuries. At around 9:30 p.m., on January 1, reports were received regarding a crash on Michigan 10.

Reports from the Michigan Department of Transportation show that a crash between vehicles blocked the southbound lanes of Michigan 10 in the area near West Jefferson Avenue.

The crash caused some disruptions in traffic as emergency crews worked to clear the roadway.

At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
