Oshtemo, MI (March 20, 2022) – At approximately 11:38 p.m. on Friday, March 18, firefighters in Oshtemo were called to the scene of an auto accident. According to local sources, the head-on crash occurred at the intersection of Stadium Road and Hathaway Road.
The incident was reported to officials as a vehicle fire with unknown entrapment. When the fire department arrived at the scene, they quickly put the fire out and triaged injured patients.
The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office and Michigan State Police assisted at the scene with traffic control while LIFE EMS provided victim care. The wreck remains under investigation by local police.
At this time, it remains unclear how many people were hurt in the wreck. Our thoughts are with the injured victims in hopes of a full recovery.
