Detroit Interstate Auto Accidents
Thousands of cars clog the streets of Detroit and other major Michigan cities every day, making for dangerous driving conditions. It’s probable that individuals are texting, taking phone calls, or listening to the radio while they are late for work. In such conditions, car accidents often result in fatalities.
Given that there are around seven million cars on the road in Michigan each year, it should come as no surprise that there are a lot of car accidents there. Like other major cities throughout the globe, Detroit has significant traffic during the weekday morning and evening rush hours. In addition, the media often covers a wide range of subjects after a catastrophic accident involving many cars, such as drunk driving, distracted driving, and so on.
Despite Michigan’s attempts to prevent it, some drivers still violate the state’s prohibition on texting while driving. Car accident victims experience serious psychological anguish in addition to physical damage. The worst-case situation is when someone passes away, leaving their loved ones to handle the aftermath. In a single year, the Detroit area saw over 300,000 reports to the Michigan State Police, with over 54,000 of them coming from Wayne County alone.
The personal injury limitations in Michigan could be a big hassle if you were injured in an automobile accident and are struggling to make ends meet while you heal. Without legal representation, insurance firms are more likely to provide victims with the lowest compensation available.
