Detroit, MI (February 2, 2024) – A man remains hospitalized with severe injuries following a dog attack that occurred on Monday in Detroit. On January 29, emergency officials were called to the scene of an incident that occurred on West Chicago.

According to official reports, a man was walking home from a bus stop located in the area of West Chicago and Longacre Street. For unknown reasons, three dogs ran from a backyard at a residence in the area and attacked him.  The man was severely injured in the incident. He was rushed to an area hospital, where he was admitted for emergency treatment. At this time, the police are investigating.
