Hamtramck, MI (December 25, 2021) – A car accident that took place on Saturday, December 25th, left at least one victim with injuries serious enough to require medical attention.
Officials were called to the scene in the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 at the exit for Caniff Street in Hamtramck.
Emergency medics also responded to the area to provide medical care to the injured parties.
Officials have not been forthcoming with any information concerning the number of victims or the severity of their injuries.
No identities or current medical statuses have been released.
The immediate area was closed down while officers conducted an investigation.
